I can think of several problems that would cause this,
A: A loose connection between the LCD screen and the computer. This is a very easy problem to diagnose and fix. Simply plug a generic PnP monitor into the back of the computer, and close the case. If you don’t get the fuzzing effect on the monitor, then you know its from a faulty connection to the laptop monitor. This seems even more likely as you said that it gets worse when you move the screen. » Read more: Repair Laptop Screen Problem Going Fuzzy

Autorun.inf Solution
Why Remove Suspicious ‘Autorun.inf’ ?
When a user double clicks on the portable drive which is already infected by a virus (Suspicious autorun.inf), the virus spread itself on your system and also create a ‘autorun.inf’ in all your drives.
In general a USB drive of any kind, a pendrive, ipod, mp3 Players, mobile phones, all may contain viruses. They just act as carriers, the viruses/trojans exploit the autorun.inf file to execute themselves whenever you try to open the drive by double clicking. They even may shadow the Open, Explore, Search, etc, other features using the shell commands.
